Intruest Pest Management — Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Intruest Pest Management website and mobile application (collectively, the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Intruest Pest Management is a locally owned and operated pest control company serving North Idaho and Eastern Washington. We provide residential and commercial pest management services including, but not limited to, treatment for ants, spiders, rodents, wasps, hornets, beetles, and fleas.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the App.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content from the App without our prior written consent.

Contacting us through the App (via phone, text, or email) constitutes a service inquiry, not a confirmed appointment. All service appointments must be confirmed directly with an Intruest Pest Management representative. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

Our services are currently available in North Idaho and Eastern Washington, including Spokane, WA and surrounding communities. We make no guarantee of service availability in all areas. Contact us directly to confirm service availability at your location. We primarily serve Kootenai County, ID and Spokane County, WA. Please contact us to confirm service availability if your location falls outside these areas.

Service pricing is provided at the time of scheduling and may vary based on property size, pest type, and treatment plan. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless a billing arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to charge for any cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.

The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we strive to provide accurate information, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of content displayed in the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intruest Pest Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intruest Pest Management shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Events), including but not limited to severe weather conditions, wildfires, strikes, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience continued pest activity following a treatment, please contact us within the agreed warranty period (as communicated at time of service) and we will return to re-treat the affected area at no additional charge. This guarantee is subject to the customer following all post-treatment preparation instructions provided by our technician.

The App may contain links to third-party websites, including Google Reviews and Facebook. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

All content within the App, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Intruest Pest Management or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App, with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho.
